Service and staff behaviour was odd as compared to earlier times

I got this hotel via MakeMyTrip. Excellent rooms, Supportive staff, Tasty food. worth for money. good location

The said property was found on MMT. The rating was very good. The hotel room was very clean and well maintained.

Clean and spacious rooms with polite and friendly staff. The room are well furnished and the toilets are maintained. There is no restaurant but the place offers room service and the food is good.

Rooms are specious, clean, well maintained. Staff are courteous. Location good. Food quality good. Value for money.

Kitchen Staff is not good and not sure about the cleanliness of kitchen. We have given same order for 3 times and after that we didn’t get the food which we ordered. Kitchen Staff is not aware about menu which they have. Also, when the food got delivered, within fee minutes a kitchen staff rang the bell for taking utensils back. It was a strange experience there.

Room was allotted to some other guest. Was asked to stay in other property. Though room upgraded in the other hotel but not happy

Cons: 1. Property has frequent power failure with no power backup 2. AC was not functioning most of the time. 3. No clean bedsheets provided 4. The room was untidy with lizards spotted. 5. Absolutely no toiletries provided. Overall, a very dissatisfactory experience for a family stay.

Excellent Stay, neat, clean and safe hotel. Its a complete family hotel, food is also good, nice and comfortable stay.

What stood out most was the food service—delicious meals delivered with just a phone call, and every staff member ensured that requests were handled with utmost care and courtesy. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff are very courteous. Room service is excellent. Situated at a very strategic location.

Rooms are good. No restaurant but kitchen is available we had complimentary breakfast served in room which was tasty and Hygienic food. Shaving kit and hairdrier not provided. Free wifi, Mosquito repellent, AC, TV, Desent bedding, dental and bathing kits provided. Car parking not inside the hotel so car will be parked in roadside only.

Property location is good. Easily accessible. Although they don’t have a restaurant but in room food services are provided. Very good quality, taste and prompt servic. Overall a very nice experience.

Hotel staff and the place was genuinely good. Food and cleaning was on point and the also the staff took very keen efforts for our comfortable stay, except a very few mosquitos disturbing at night everything was good and the staff also provide mosquito repellent at very next day of addressing the situation. Would definately be staying at this place only if I have to be in Kanpur❣️

Overall clean and helpful staff. Only one feedback is in case of any function like wedding at the hotel with other rooms booked for wedding, they can give rooms to guest on separate floor to avoid noise and disturbance. Overall good

The property is nice, comfortable and hygienic. The staff behavior is good however mostly they are unresponsive to calls at reception and often avoid it. Room service is good, and even the taste of the food is nice. I totally recommend this hotel for stay.
