We had a pleasant stay at Alaya stays. The complete staff is really humble and treat you with utmost respect. Clean Property. Nice ambience.

I found this hotel on MMT and the experience was very nice. The people there were very helpful and were very polite. The room was very nice too. The hotel is near Rawatpur metro station, so connectivity is not an issue. You can commute easily from IIT to Kanpur Central Railway Station via the metro. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, well behaved staff, and very nice and tasty food at reasonable price. Overall stay was very good at this hotel.

The ambiance was good and property location give the confirm for stay. Restrorent and bakery facilities were impressed food test like home.

Water supply in washroom was a big problem. Flush and shower both were nit working. Even after multiple complaints nothing was done. Even the bed-sheet and towel were quite dirty.

Excellent service and food and nearby from station and all transportation services and behaviour of all staff

Room was cleaned and supportive staff behaviour was also descent.

Nice newly constructed building, but no one to take care of you. Broken flush, stained bedsheet, no water bottle or jug in the room, foul smell, electricty often fails for 10-15 minutes. (imagine you are in the lift. It was a terrible stay. Owner and manager both are careless. Pathetic experience.
