Smoky room not properly ventilated,bed sheet not cleaned ac is not working

My family stayed at sanjay international hotel, kanpur. They were travel-ling for a while. The hotel accommodation was very good. The rooms a d service provided by the staff were value for money. I would 100% recommend this hotel. The food here was also very tasty and nice! i am very happy with the stay.

Rooms were pretty clean and the staff is very calm and supportive. Checkin and checkout support team is very helpful as well and good food

In at my room some lighting issue. Please resolve. And tv should be working.

Dont stay in this hotel. Hotel is third rated in terms of stay, hygiene and behavior of staff. Charging heavily and facility is absutely zero.

Food quality was good but quantity was not

Washroom was not at all clean. Basin water was leaking on floor. Pillows were smelly. Staff told all rooms are same upon the request to change the room. Not worth the money

Dirty washrooms, pillow covers, bedsheets, and towels. I doubt if they change for every guest. The floor didn't seem cleaned for a couple of days. The water closet leaks continuously keeping the floor wet and sticky. The showers are damaged. I spent most of the day out for work and expected the room to be spick and span when you return back which was a big disappointment.

Very bad. Sanjay International and its Sanjay galaxy and too much noisy due to quarrel but peoples at lobby and to much noisy at outside the hotel room as like someone is knocking continuously at window. Room service is also not satisfying.
