The property is in a very good location. Central railway station and bus stand is just a few minutes away. Hotel facilities are good and the behaviour of the staff is cooperative.

The rooms are in very bad condition, all over seepage in room, mainly around washroom area, washroom window is broken, washroom ceiling is also broken and water is falling from there drop by drop. Not providing towels the, washroom doormat was totally wet. After requesting so many times lastly they provided an Iron rod to heat up the water. So, finally I can say my stay at this hotel was very bad.

There was no hospitality at all. Room was messy, after my booking confirmed and my check in was 12pm and i reached there at 9:30pm and before that my room was used by someone else. Washroom was very dirty no one came to clean it, no drinking water, no door key was provided, no wifi given, i had to put my new lock from outside, such a pathetic environment, i will not be going for this hotel and neither will recommend anyone. Neither they provided me with hand towel or toilet soap. And they charged me full amount and gave me no facility, even their blanket ws smelling.

Don't book this property for stay book another property stay there avoid....over priced, room dirty, washroom dirty, bedsheets dirty, blanket smell's bad.

Room #101, scrounging was very dirty washroom was alao dirty, jet of english commode was open, no shower was working 1 staff was co operative
