Hopeless place to stay

family with 2 kidsWe were 10adults plus 2kid travelling from Prayag. Getting late we thought of getting a hotel at Kanpur. Shown on highway & ok reviews ; we selected this hotel. The hotel is a small less than 100sq yard tall building with no lift. Smell & dirt everywhere; bed sheets with holes & walls with stains. No ventilation & claustrophobic small rooms. Our kids had swollen lip & eyelid due to mosquito bite. It was a nightmare but we too had no option but to stay as we have paid (8129/-) for 5 rooms & it was non refundable. One of the worst hotel experience of my life.

It was a very bad experience with this hotel, no hygiene in the room and washroom. Parking not available, not recommended to stay with family at all or as a couple at all. Stains on entire bedsheet but on my request it was changed. Book only if you want to stay alone and only sleep.
