Best Western Bliss

I was booked single room but they have allotted twin bedroom due to this I was unable to slept. Although just after checking I was informed to concern! This was my first stay at this hotel. I’ll not book visit again!

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. At the time of check-in, I was surprised to find that although I had booked a twin bed room, the front desk insisted it was a king bed booking. After I showed them my confirmation, they admitted there were no twin rooms available and requested me to stay in a king bed room instead. I understood the situation and agreed, though it was not what I had initially booked. Unfortunately, I fell ill that night and wasn’t feeling well the next morning. I requested a late checkout and was told I could stay until 1 PM, which I appreciated. However, due to my health, I was delayed by another 30 minutes. Despite informing the staff that I was unwell and on my way down, I received repeated phone calls urging me to check out, which added unnecessary stress. To top it off, the check-out process was unusually long, taking over 30 minutes as they cross-verified food bills and other charges. Overall, while I understand that issues can arise, a little more empathy and smoother service would have made the stay more comfortable.

Excellent location near Kargil Park, kanpur. Well furnished, compact, neat and clean room. Very cordial staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Very good hotel for all travellers

Good stay at Best western. Food is decent, rooms are very comfortable. Will Visit again when I am in Kanpur

Location is good Breakfast is good Room and bathroom are clean Only issue is that inspite of booking a super deluxe room the bathroom is very small the door almost touches the WC and its very difficult to enter the bathing area.

Had a good stay at the hotel, location is central and good spread the breakfast buffet room was somewhat small

Stayed for one night. Great experience. The room was well furnished. Everything you needed was there. Well maintained. Top class. The furniture was what you expect in a higher star hotel. Bathroom fittings were also premium. Again very clean and maintained. Not easy to find flaws. The breakfast was also excellent and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. You ask for it and you get it. Room service menu was with very reasonable prices. We only had sweet corn soup and it was very refreshing. They use fresh ingredients. Only cons we saw. Hotel is not a very large hotel. Some rooms do not have any window which is not really a con but we prefer to stay in a room with a wondow. They promptly changed it when we asked.

Excellent stay and helpful staff however water allowance per person is half litre a day which should be made minimum 1 litre a day.

Execllent and a very comfortable stay at the best western bliss kanpur. Staff is very polite and absolutely helping. Execllent hotel will definitely stay the next time as well and recommed for staying at this place in kanpur.

The hotel is a fraud denied check inn, inspite of showing aadhar. I am sure due to marriage season they gave the room to someone else. Even the gm was not courteous nor willing to listen to us i think mmt should black list this hotel

The experience towards the room is not satisfactory as the size of the room is compacted. One pillar is also found in between the rooms but on the positive part the location is on market area which helps to overcome the traffic also the breakfast is very good one more thing that appreciate is some how they allow outside food to have the cost of dinner may cost you little high side but food is good you can try that.

Room was clean and pretty. Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. Restaurant food was also great. Overall experience was good.
