The stay was terrible. They had denied room at midnight when we reached. No intimation of cancelation was given prior. It took efforts through make my trip customer care and an hour and half of waiting to finally get the room.

Overall hotel was shady and not appropriate for the family stay. Rooms were not clean and maintenance for lights/fans were not appropriate, few were replaced in front of us.

The stay was comfortable. Location and hospitality was extremely good. We enjoyed our stay because of MMT.

Hotel rate is not as per the services provided. They are charging very high. Also mosquitoes will accompany you in this stay free of cost. I will suggest not to visit this hotel.

Bathroom of hotel is not as per room tariff, lift of hotel is very old and when it will stop, no body knows. Food is good. But still it's not value for money hotel.

Quality of amenities, quality of service not so good and very high rate they charged for room as well as even for water.
Cloths were very dirty, even sleepers not provide and charged very high rates for 1 bottle water just double, very high cost of room rent as compare to quality of hotel. No one was present in reception.

Test, quality, price of food are not satisfactory. When I demand non veg items as shown in menu they told us that, only chicken items can be available. Mosquitoes are enjoying in deluxe room, on demand black hit apply by them. Toilet paper not placed. Broken mug in bathroom.
Food was neither good nor provided as shown in menu, cost was too high compare to quality and quantity. Room rent also high.

Too expensive. Rooms are not maintained as per the charges. The tv is crt instead of led. Foul smell inside the room . The location is good. Food is average . Service is good but they need to maintain the room and amenities as per what they are charging.

I use this hotel once or twice a year due to its proximity to the venue I visit. Over the years the room bathroom conditions got worse but can be managed as I booked online using a coupon so I just used to have a safe and sound place to sleep.

No water in the bathroom.. They are also charging for drinking water if you stay for more than a day.. Had to argue with them for every little service.. AC was not working in three rooms... Very pathetic state of affairs.. Waste of money.. They should not charge more than 1200 per night.
