The hotel manager didnot pick up the phone. I waited for an hour calling him again and again. There was no hotel with such name. Finally i had to stay in some other hotel booking via different applications.

Location was incorrect which has given. Still not changed. I really suffered to reach fav cuz of location error. They never pick up even after booking. One number shows another hotel’s number while calling and the next one they never pick up. Power cut was also there during night time. The interesting thing no inverter too…over all very bad experience.

The hotel itself was not traceable. Few colleagues along with me booked the hotel from your app. But while reaching the location, one of colleague's informed that the hotel was not there at all
