Room Cleaning Service Not possible before your interpretation. As per the room price the room is very small. Parking facilities 0. Every hotel Day 1st water bottle is completely but this hotel taking charge.

Hotel is right in the middle of chaos. People were even in a couple of minutes I tried taking out luggage from the car. Ofcourse no place to park a cycle, let alone my car! Room is too small and the bathroom is even smaller, for even 1 person, but booking has been merrily taken for 3!!! AC is dysfunctional. There is no outside view and with 3 people packed in a chutney jar, am dieing .

I booked room due to location i need. but my decision was wrong. Executive room category room like a small oyo room. No amenities. i need a table for dinner, they gave me a small table after 7th reminder when go to reception regarding this. Hand soap like a 1 star hotel. I never recommend this hotel to any one. Small room. I didn't taste his food, so can't tell about food. Complimentary breakfast gives in room only one item you can order with tea coffee.

Location, food and amenities was perfect but the some issues i have faced with the services. Overall it was 3/5 experience,

I booked this hotel inclusive breakfast. Hotel is located at centre of city, location was excellent. Room was below average, no electric kettle and tea making kit, toiletries were also of worst qualities. They serve only one dish and one drink in case of inclusive breakfast booking. I took aloo parantha, which was tasteless, no crispness and soggy. Very best part about this hotel is its location in the market. A food restaurant gin vaishnavi is very near to this hotel at walking distance and anyone can try delicious food there.

This hotel is not providing facilities to customers, those booked online. Room was not clean, washroom was not clean, water supply in washroom was not proper. No facilities.

I stayed at hotel sain dass in kanpur on 5th and 6th november, and i had a wonderful experience. The staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to help. When i needed a cab late at night, they were very responsive and assisted promptly. The room was comfortable, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting kanpur!

Everything you need to ask Like soap, towel etc. AC was not working @ 17 degree it takes 5 hours to cool 10×10 room terrific. Dinner thali was good but breakfast was not good.

Staff and Their Interaction toward guest is average Meal is Good But expensive And other services like wifi T. V Room Cleaning Bed Sheet Change It's make you Trouble. In this Section They Need to work and whatever they have mentioned their services while booking they Should Need to provide Within 10 Minutes Of Guests Check In. Because This Services are unavailable while I Am Here 👎👎
