Hotel O Samrat

Even though I've booked the hotel, I was asked to pay additional Rs. 200- at the reception. Otherwise they're asking to cancel the booking. Also they didn't provide the OYO standard room. They only provided the normal rooms. Also the rooms were very dirty. In one room, there was no lighting, in other there was no water in tap. Overall the stay experience was so bad that I've to check out within 8 hours.

Firstly check was denied due to low price. 2 no proper hot water as the geyser was controlled by outside. 3 television was not working. 4 blankets given was stinking 5 commode was not cleaned. Overall pathetic stay

Receptionist is horrible and denied online booking and misbehaved. The hotel was in very bad condition.

The hotel samrat we booked. We reached there and they refuse to our booking there was no room available. Even booking was prepaid. After long argument they refer us to other hotel. That was too far from that location v paid for auto n in that hotel they dined to give brakfast even i had also paid to it. I will never recommend to any one. No it was not about what i m going to earn. This the serious problem. U sued look after very seriously. I suffered as well as i did not get what i have paid for. It was terrible.

Staff asking inappropriate questions. Bathroom stinking and wasn't cleaned even after asking them to do so. Bedsheet was changed reluctantly.

Nice stay for a day or night. Any one can check in and enjoy

Hotel is nearby main road so easy to reach there. Rooms were nice and sanitized. Social distancing maintained by staffs and they are cooperative

All staff good, proper maintenance required on room or washroom.
