Really bad experience.

Great.

But you have charged for breakfast also. Hotel say that kitchen is not available in this hotel

Very nice staff and room was very clean.

Bed sheet, blanket not clean. AC was fine. Bathroom was clean. Room was very small. Bed was not comfortable at all. Old mattress. Newspaper was stuck on window panes. One can get better option in that budget. Staff was polite. Not even comfortable for Solo traveler. 15 minutes walk from Karol Bagh metro.

Even tea was brought out from outside.

Service good, staff nice, location is near metro but not hygienic for cleaning.

Very bad service.

This is worst hotel I have ever stayed. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, cockroaches were seen in the bathroom and corridor was with full of bottles and dust bins, stinking like anything. Room service was poor, room floor was full of dust. I booked 2 rooms but was able to get hot water in only one room. In spite of several calls and complaints nobody addressed the issue. The breakfast came almost 1 hour late and still there was one item missing in breakfast. This is one of the worst hotels to stay and no value for the money. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is located way inside and the food at hotel was not at all good. Breakfast was included in my package but I didnt get it.
