Excellent Stay
It was a pleasant experience. Enjoyed the stay here. We used to order tea and coffee every morning that we stayed here and it was nice and also easy on the wallet. Location wise the hotel is nice, except it's in a lane but not too far from the main road. Safe hotel for girls as well. The rooms were spacious. The AC worked very well, as well as there was a refrigerator in our room too that worked fine. Overall, this is a nice play to stay if you are considering it. Also, it's quite near to the RK ashram metro station hence, good for travelling.

Terrible Stay
Manager was rude....aggressive and extremely impolite....food was ok but service was extremely slow...again the waiter was rude...no amenities or service for the price paid....worst experience

Dear Guest, Everything was fine, you did not face any problem with the service or the facilities. The matter was that your check out time was 12 noon. We gave you 1:30 hour extra without any charge but you wanted 4 hours extra, which was not possible. You vacated the room at 2 o'clock, that too after telling you repeatedly. You have not written what you did. It is easy to put the blame on others.

Excellent Stay
At an opportune location in Paharganj it's near railway station, metro, buses all within 2 -4 mins distance with a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the property. Nice hospitality and welcome by the staff. Would recommend it to families with convenience due to markets and local infrastructure proximity.

They have not given any complementary food, no complementary water bottle, they have not kept towels and tooth kit also

Good Budget Hotel Stay
Location - Near to NDLS so good for people travelling through train. Cost around 100 for auto from hotel to Station. Staff - Courteous and helpful. Room Hygiene - Good Budget hotel. For more than 2 night can get better hotels. Overall - Good

You are cheater you didn't mentioned anywhere that the room is non AC I paid for one night for non AC room?? If I manually taken any room there it will cost 1000 rs
