Lot of reason for this worst experience: 1. Firstly hotel deny that they don’t have booking and they don’t have tie-up with Makemytrip. 2. I waited for one hour at outside of property and continuously executive supporting but they arguments a lot. 3- After checkin they ask me to shift in another property because they need to give that particular room to other customer for one hour. I deny, so they stop my room WiFi and threaten they they will stop the supply of water. My suggestion is reputed organization

Very bad behavior by the person sitting at reception. Asking 1550rs extra even paid fully at booking and giving very bad room to me. When asking to change room start misbehaving

Very pathetic, first they permit to check in with my parents stopped me for 1hour 30min, after that take me here and there to other residential society, harassed me finally shifted to other hotel having rate here and there at 7. 30pm i was check in same hotel then next day again drama said u have to check out. All family functions was disturbed. Both my parents were diabetic and plus my father has doctor appointment for the eye. i have paid money well from 26-28 november. Whole trip was bad experience

Very disappointing with hotel. Service is very very poor. Cleaning not good. Behavior is very worst yesterday again properties owner changed other properties by byk which we were travel 3 person. Again same problem towel was not thier. Clenness is very worst condition. Pls don't book any in this hotel

Room and bedding very bad condition

The hotel denied check-in and demanded twice as much more money. On reading other reviews later, realised that this is their standard practice to fleece visitors. Fortunately, being well versed with the location, did not fall prey to the hotel's mal-practice.

hum delhi main raat ko pohunchay hum kuch nahi jante hai okhla main. is kalkaji hotel ke owner aur recipcanist donno ne humse batamizi ki aur keh raha tha apke 2000 pending hai woh denna padega. request hai 542 kakaji residency hotel main koi naa jaye. waha jake apse 2000/ 3000 pending hai bolke lutenge apko. very bad experience. naye bande ki help karne ki baje yeh sab kaam karte hai sharam ki baat hai.👎🏻

I stay this property for one day. But the experience was do difficult i can't say this. If you have your self respect so maintain your distance from this property.

No water supply, no water in washroom. Rooms completely flooded with rain water. Smelling rooms. Dirty toilets. But the staff was courteous and smiling and Apologised many times for inconveniences.
