The stay experience was pathetic staff was rude and Room had no TV and room was not clean Washroom was Really dirty they didn’t gave us towel there was no toiletries

It’s written fab hotels but it’s actually fab express. Nothing related to fab hotels which is the reason why I booked. It’s a cheap place where couples visit. Was asked to take a choice of room and there were used protections being sweeped out of the room. Normal but it would be better if I hadn’t seen it. Had to wait close to 1hr hour as the room were cleaned and not ready for us even though we reached at 9pm. We had to direct the cleaner on how to clean it. There were cockroaches in there. All bedsheets were dirty even the replacement bedsheets were dirty and had stains(god knows what it was). They gave us 2 towels out of which one was used. Also they asked for my phone and when I looked at what they were doing. They literally rated themselves 5stars on Google. I ordered a surface disinfectant spray and could only sleep in peace after using it. Had booked for two nights but left the next day. This was really the the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Wouldn’t even stay in this hotel “for fun”.

Horrible experience.Room is not cleaned,all over the room cockroaches are covered.Wash room is pathetic.For walk-in there are providing cleaned and good rooms and for MMT guests they are serving the worst experience.No AC no waterbottle no toiletries No roomspray no TV I have stayed 3 nights and asked for room change everyday but no positive response.No one came to clean the room in any of the 3 days

The hotels is very much in poor condition and I really wonder why is it in first place listed on fabhotels. Because other wise I have a very good exeperience booking fab hotels. The staff is thankfully polite but the rooms are really not good at this price.

The place was filthy and reeked of cigarette smell. Horrible.

cockroaches are roaming all over the room and bed. although staff is supporting and they changed the room after complaint

@⁨Diipesh Keshri⁩ Hotel Room & Service Issues: The room shown to us was very dirty. In the first room, there were gutka stains (chewing tobacco spit). In the second room, the wall plaster was peeling off completely. No towel or soap was provided initially; we only got them after asking 2–3 times. The bed’s rod came off and fell down. The bedsheet was dirty, so we had to get it changed. The blanket had visible stains. Too much light was coming in through the window as there were no curtains. They promised complimentary breakfast, but no breakfast was provided. The lunch we ordered was replaced with a completely different meal.

Worst hotel, should never go there. No safety, holes in bedsheet and cockroaches in bed. Completely disappointed.

Comfortable and clean stay close to everything💯 The room was just as shown in the pictures. Beds were really comfortable and cozy. AC and geyser worked perfectly throughout. Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls.
