Rooms are very dirty washroom blanket bedsheet all are dirty it was very bad experience of my life staff were not cooperated with us very rudely it was dirty dirty and money wasting place i suggest all of you please don't waste your time and money thank you

The property was clear and Well-maintained, food was good, near to airport. and the service was excellent

The property was good and the receptionist were very friendly. Rooms are decent and worth the money. For anyone looking for a budget stay near the airport, this is the best option.

This was the pathetic hotel I every visit in my life. Not recommended to go there. I request mmt and hotel for refund but they both denied for that.

bed sheet and pelow not clean and I also included my breakfast but hotel not provied my breakfast and staff behaviour is very rude and angry 😡

My stay was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was not good at all, with very limited options and poor taste. The hotel food overall was pathetic and highly overpriced. To make things worse, the room that was promised in the Classic category was not provided, and we were moved to another hotel altogether, which made the experience even more terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

The management is so poor, the booking amount is showing something else with tax, then they ask you to pay Rs. 700 extra to visit the hotel and say it is city tax, which tax is this, if you ask them they forcefully fight, I also work in the hotel, I manage the front office and MMT, there is no such tax, this they have added from their side, the hotel staff is so poor, don't ask, the day manager does not know, they have no knowledge, so no one has come to this hotel, the room is also absolutely poor, there is no blanket in room, If I ask him about this, the manager's reply is that there is no blanket, the management is really poor, please do not visit this hotel 👎👎 and they also increase their ratings by booking themselves so that their property gets sold, do not come to this hotel even by mistake.

Ambience was good. Staff was polite and efficient. food was consistently good. Room were cleaned everyday without hassle

Property Location Is At Road Side But Can't Be Known As It's A Very Little One, No One In The Reception, Waited For 30 Mins And Then Someone Came To The Reception, We Have Booked 9 Triple Beded Rooms But Only 5 Triple Beded Rooms Are Available And Others Are Not Given Telling That We Have No Rooms, Rooms Are Very Bad, No Cleaning Done After One Customer's Checkout And Smelling Bad. The Floor Is Very Oily. No Room Service, We Booked Dinner But No Dinner Provided, While We Asked For Dinner They Told We Have No Dinner. They Charged Extra 6000 While I Paid Don't Go To That Hotel Very Bad Experience Till Now On Any Hotel
