The water supply in the hotel was not good, the hotel staff's behavior was not good,

Average Hotel with limited amenities. Room was not as it was showing in the images 😔 No wifi, bedsheet & towel was smelly

Our arrival time was about 12 pm. When we reached they were not ready at all by saying that today is sunday. What is sun-day monday? we booked their hotel 1 week before because we don't want to suffer. They were not ready at all and we had to wait for 1 hour. We booked 3 different rooms but got only 2. So we had to leave

Room and the bathroom are poorly maintained. No adequate dining facilities. The location is not commutable. The cleanliness of the toilet is below poor. No hot water. Room gets pretty cold in the night. No heating facility.

Pathetic experience from this hotel. Breakfast was not provided even-though it was included in my package and my check in was late becos of the delay in flight and when i have reached the hotel they did not provide the room and ask me to call makemytrip as the booking was not showing in their system! toilet is messy, bedsheets are dirty! worthless. I was not provided breakfast but i have paid to make my trip including breakfast. I need a refund

They served breakfast as a compliment & the room was clean, but the bathroom tap was broken & no geyser was provided.

This is my third stay here and even after being a solo traveller i was offered a very spacious room with a balcony. I couldn't have asked for more. The location is quite good as it is situated in a peaceful environment. The room and bathroom was well maintained and clean equipped with all the facilities. Ac and geysers were working fine. The check-in was quick and hassle free and they do pay heed to your issues asap. Overall a great stay. Recommended.
