The condition of the room was so pathetic that and lost the entire money. Please do not stay here as the rooms shown in the picture and the real ones are completely different. I went in at 8:30pm and the walls had seepage with used bedseets. The room was with cigarette smell.

The stay at Hotel O Regal Stays, Bhubaneswar was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, unhygienic, and not maintained at all. The bedsheets and towels looked stained and unwashed. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful with even basic requests. The food served was tasteless and felt stale. The washroom was in terrible condition with broken fittings and a foul smell throughout the stay. Even the basic necessities like soap, handwash were not there. The commod seat was also broken. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My stay was not pleasant at all, because the hotel manager refused to give me the stay. So i called your service, and the person behind the call said a refund was initiated and an email was sent to my email id. Still i have not received any email. That means, i am cheated by mmt. And i don't need your discount, i am uninstalling this app

familyGoogle Maps does not show the location properly. I have booked the hotel and the owner first said they have stopped accepting bookings. On top of that, it's a non-refundable booking. After fighting with the owner he finally agreed to accept the booking. The owner kept on nagging and also he had told me 4 times to eat hotel food instead of outside food on delivery. I like momo special biryani shakes rtc. And moreover, it's my choice he is no one to tell me to order food. The bathroom flush was broken. Water was getting inside the room. Bed-sheet and pillows were all dirty room was an extremely small smelly room. Overall a very bad experience. I am not going to book any more.

Please don't fall into the trap. The place stinks. It's very bad. No hygiene, no maintenance, no cleaning. No breakfast. Unbelievable pathetic experience.

Terrible stay
Pathetic, nest to worst cleanliness, no service, not approachable, cab denies to pick up and drop, had to book separate hotel even after paying in full

One bed is broken. Very noisy. Surrounding is very bad. Some boys are shouting a lot inside the hotel. Very disturbing environment

Worst room insects all over
Bathroom water not going properly through the pipes. Room floor was very very dirty. Dust all over the floor

Terrible Stay
soloBed sheets was not properly maintained and washed. The floor was full of dust. I was not able to walk without sleepers in the room and cigarette smell in the room

Good place if you are going for budget
Well it's nice, small place. Staffs were friendly. Food at the restaurant was very good, but they should keep the room neat and clean, it was not. If you are looking for place in less budget I would recommend this one.
