There was no such property when i reached the location. Make my trip has cheated me by taking money for a stay where there is no such property when you visit. You guys have cheated me

When you check in they ask for more saying was wrong in tarriff. After having argues they give the worst of rooms . They make us feel as though we are staying for free. No house keeping in all the three days we stayed. There aren't any staff but just the caretaker who is very shabby and all the time watching reels on his phone , disturbing noise in the nights too. Brekfast included in the tariff but no breakfast was provided for anyone there. The picture in the page given by the Hotel are very old ones, nothing like it at all. Dirty linen, stinking pillows, broken taps, No shower head , No geyser , No dustbin, no ketyle, no bloody mineral water, no toiletries. Shit man, no nothing. See the images I have attached. Don't book this hotel. Room and bathroom, the whole campus was stinking. At the entrance they have dustbin, snc when it is full they bloody throw all the garbage in front of the gate . It was hell.

Worst experience ever i had in my life. I would rate this -5 if i had an option. I traveled with my family here and had booked 3 rooms, and i had even informed about my late check-in but by the time i reached hotel it was 11:30 pm and the rude hotel people denied my check-in saying they didn't have any rooms available. Hotel people said it's not their fault. I showed him my confirmed booking but still he did not care and said that it's not his problem. I had to search other hotels for the night stay. If you need problem and ruin your trip and stay then happy booking here at this hotel.

when I showed up in property I was denied for checkin saying for the tariff I booked they can't give the room and for AC room they asked and for non-ac. I have called customer care and they told they will refund the amount if I send invoice. Room are ok. Bed springs are broken or it got stuck I don't know but it was like sleeping in stone. Reception guy was very professional and very helpful.

This has been terrible experience from this resort. After full payment after reaching at the hotel they did not allow me to check in till i did ot pay the extra amount they claimed to pay. The ground staffs were always referring to speak to manager who stays remotely and rarely comes. On call and speaks like as if he is the king and rest all slaves. guy who speaks very arrogantly. I was forced to make additional payment for which even after asking multiple times they did not provide bill. Rooms were also not so clean. In photos they are simply shown all kind of covid precautions but in reality they are not taking any precautions. You won't even get a hand sanitizer also. Staffs never wears masks. Also i saw one staff at counter was carrying one bottle which was looking like liquor. My suggestion would be never ever stay at such place even though the location is good and good parking place. Either the property manager is charging extra on the top of the payment. Deeply dissatisfied with this experience.
