    The rooms are very clean. The person there, Hemant is very friendly and helpful. He speaks English, so if you are coming from outside, language shouldn't be a problem. Service however is not upto the mark. They don't provide water, towel, soap, etc unless asked! HENCE THE five -star RATING IS ONLY FOR CLEAN ROOMS. and proximity to Manjunatha Nagara metro station.
