decent hotel but lacks in-house restaurant
It was a decent property as compared to 3-star category and the manager is very good. It would be better if it had in-house restaurant for food. They do provide breakfast but the menu Is majority same all does.

Excellent stay
Booked Deluxe room. Very spacious, neat and clean and well maintained. Property is at prime location, lots of local market around. Food preparation is superb. Overall excellent experience staying here.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained and located in a very convenient area with easy access to nearby eateries and essentials. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, neat and well-equipped for a relaxed stay. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The service quality truly stood out โ very professional yet warm and friendly. Overall, a great value-for-money stay. I would definitely recommend Treebo Galaxy Suites to anyone visiting Mathikere / New BEL Road / M.S. Ramaiah area.

Poor Stay
No hot water to take warm water bath. Upon request also, they could not provide hot water. They said they have Central hot water Geyser but either it does not work or their Claim is false. No Shampoo for head bath. Toilet door Latch not working we can not lock door while using toilet.

Excellent Stay
We had a very comfortable stay at Treebo Galaxy Suites. The room was well maintained, and the bathroom was clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything neat. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Highly recommended hotel for staying
Property is very nice, value for money and location is also very good. Specially Manager's nature is very polite, cooperative & helping to others. Food quality is fantastic and amenities & services all are great. Overall a fantastic place for staying in Bangaluru near IISC

horrible experience at mid
the hotel didn't allow me to enter by saying that your son is above 8 yrs and for which you have to pay an additional amount at 12 pm at night though I had booked for my son . I requested make my trip to cancel the deal so that I can go to other places, but nothing happened. I had to pay additional amount as desired by hotel to stay at night. it's not a treebo hotel.
