worst experience, i booked flight and hotel several times through make my trip. But this time i had bad experience, The reception guy took extra 1000 from my hand, i never had that experience, and i also complainted to the make my trip customer, till the time i never got any reply. i never book hotel and flight through make my trip.

they were charged extra 200 rs for round figure.for two nights.....they were not provide atleast water....when asked for hot water they were switched on other wise we ere bath with cold water....

The room was not clean and the bedsheet are also dirty and there are cockroaches also

The room was in such a bad state that it was completely inhabitable. Cockroaches, hair strands, bed bugs and what not. Dirty bedsheets, stinky blankets add to one's surprise. Need i say anything else? pathetic experience!

I didn't expect this stay. The hotel person took 400rs extra. Then room bedsheet was dirty n smelly whole night it was itchy. I doubt that they installed any hidden cam no network toilet also dirty. Pls dint recommend this hotel to any.

The hotel safety measures write very righltyk undertaken. No outside trespassers and chaos was allowed inside.
