Approach to hotel was not good, not easily locatable. Room allotted was not good Walls were shabby, room was smelly, not a pleasant stay

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and outstanding service at Banyan Tree Every detail of my stay was thoughtfully taken care of, making it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive—always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and offered every comfort imaginable. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the welcome note and complimentary refreshments. The amenities were top-notch—whether it was the delicious breakfast spread, the relaxing spa, or the perfectly maintained pool, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal too, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. I can’t thank the team enough for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be returning—and recommending it to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

The beds making noise , not that much good beds and remotes is not working Apart from that staff is very good place. Also, nice.👍

Rooms were dirty not as show in picture. Ac was not working. lot of noise inthe night time by doors banging. Not worth for money paid.

Everything was alright except the fact that they don't clean the rooms or change the bed sheets regularly inspite of repeated requests

It was a nice experience out there. Got late but the hotel was still open. Food facility was not there in the hotel

My booking was from previous day and when I come in the morning the room booked was not ready so they gave suit later I had to vacate to go to my booked room. People are nice and friendly.

Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

It was quite good. Nice stay. But the bedsheets polyester material, which are some what uncomfortable.

Good stay, budget place. They don't have restaurant/kitchen so you have to order food (swiggy, zomato. Or there are couple of good places at 2-5mins walking distance

Room was very clean and they allowed late check in, staff was very friendly and over all its a good place to stay for affordable price
