Good location, clean rooms and bathrooms Good price Very functional and just enough There are sounds from the resto bar above So if you are with kids / family may not be best Just a value conscious business trip or solo trip - this is great

Hotel is clean tidy and reasonably spacious. Only setback was mirror/dressing mirror was missing in the room. In it's absence how can men comb their hair and ladies do their makeup

Extremely bad. No room service. Had to walk up to the reception for every request as there was no way to get in touch for any request through phone. No restaurant for breakfast or lunch. In fact, there was no dustbin, good night or towels in the room. Towels were provided on request. Was terrible noise in the room since on the above floor there was a gym and a pub. I guess these were rooms more likely ment for a pick up joint (pub) on the floor above.

Non cooperative for late check out and as the all rooms where vacant but asking for extra money after lot of time i convinced them for late check out

The hotel interior is good. The room interior and bathroom are also good. Ac room but with no fan. Toiletries, towels, kettle and tea packets are given. Most of all, the staff are super super nice, they helped with whatever requirements we had and were extremely helpful.

Staff was clueless about daily room cleaning. Drinking water was not provided until asked

Worst maintained rooms not clean no personnel support

Front desk people have no idea how to talk to customer. Room was booked with breakfast and they are not ready to provide breakfast. how can some hotel say I won't provide breakfast after taking money for breakfast? Finally they got idly from some fast food and delivered. Room AC was too noisy. Bed was not comfortable. overall experience is terrible 😞

Check in experience was not good. They made us wait 20 mins to half n hr. Also parking is not available for 2 wheelers. I had to park my bike outside and security person in parking is clueless.

The hotel management is terrible. We had a booking in the hotel with an infant. We were supposed to do a late check-in and the same was informed, but to surprise after reaching hotel we had to stand outside with an infant for 20 mins to get the booking sorted out. Post checkin, the room conditions were not good and no proper hygiene was maintained. I will never recommend anyone with family to stay here. On a positive note, the hotel staff were cooperative.

Perfect for business trips. Option of breakfast would have been good.

My stay at rhinos nest bengaluru 20-22nd aug was much short of any enthusiastic experience. Poor service and attendence. Tv channels was not available despite complaun of nonrecharge. No tea breakfast or meal service. Not value for money
