Pathetic service, no electricity imagine staying at a hotel that has no generator backup. The shower has no force. Dirty bathroom. Overall terrible experience

There was no power in the room. The room smelled of pesticides. The cable TV was not working. There were no towels in the room.

I am experienced a worst food service at Parijatha Grand. if I order a tea and snacks it takes 1 hr time to serve. even not fresh food

Breakfast is very basic which is including in my booking. As i arrived late night staff at that time is not cooperative.

Found in makemytrip and it’s really good to stay. Good behaviour of staff all are supportive. Nice breakfast.

Location is very good. Breakfast was ok. Should improve the wifi speed. Dental kit mentioned as free but u need to pay. No air freshener and the room was not pleasant as expect.

Location is just under the mysore sandal metro easy to commute anywhere in bangalore, closer walking distance to iskcon shopping mall etc. Good hospitality and a comfortable stay with delicious bfast

The location of the hotel is approx 5 kms away from the location. So it all started with a pathetic experience to reach the hotel. The room given to me had cockroaches roaming in the bathroom. The drainage pipe didnt work and my room finally got changed. Further, the items that are appearing are not provided. Only dental kit is provided, rest are charged extra. I am not aware as to whose at fault but this is a clear case of fooling guests. Extremely dissatisfied with booking and staying at parijatha.

Not well maintained. Break fast area too is not clean and good. Room services are not good. Impression as soon as we enter the hotel reception also does not give good impression of the hotel. I had left 2 of my guests here and did not get good feed back.

Too old rooms, ac aren’t working properly no hygiene bath towels

Not issued me a detailed bill. Insisted not to continue even a single minute after 12pm. Don’t want to stay in parijatha grand in future

Wifi doesnt work… the bottles rhey provide in the room are not sealed

The hotel location is more convenient and perfectly accessible by metro, train and bus. The hotel staff is good supportive and helpful.

The location of the hotel is just beside the sandal soap factory metro and it's convenient. Staff is caring and responsible. Haven't taken any screenshots

Internet was not available even after making hundreds of calls. Food spread was very limited. Language barrier in room service. Tv service was not available, which was thankfully restored after waiting for almost two hours.

They hotel guy talking rudely. We require tax invoice

1. Firstly provide the gst invoice of the hotel stay, that rating was for mm t not the hotel

This hotel is right at Sandal Soap Factory Metro Station. So very comfortable if you need to travel in Metro, rooms are neat and clean, as per budget hotel. But restaurant is not operational. So one has to walk to next adjacent hotel for good food.

Ac remote wasn't working, hot water problem, food was good, bathroom was clean

I'd describe my stay at the Parijatha Grand as very pleasing. The room was of business class. The bathroom was clean, well maintained. The staffs were cooperative. Breakfast was good😋. I'd love to visit the place again.
