The staff didn't explain the terms properly, after online booking the staff asked us to pay extra for early check-in

it was a comfortable and good journey. This isn't the first time travelling on an A1 bus. I've travelled in many buses and have experiences but always have one common problem, the toilet. Some buses have toilets and I appreciate that.

Worst hotel and the receptionist, He was very rude and doesn’t care about the customers. Room was so small and not worth the money. Worst stay of my entire life

Hotel location is far from the railway station but reasonable money for room. Staff was well manner and provided good hospitality. Food was amazing

They have charged including GST 1500/- for 1 night stay and they have provide any compliment of Breakfast in that hotel they told me mini tiffin is 99/- but the server told mini tiffin is not available they give me separately and they charged Rs 137/- for 1 dosa and 1 tea in room fan also not available in the room half nour only they are given fan this time is very pathetic

Room stay was ok and it’s not worth for 1500rs you can find other hotels with same price for better amenities

We booked a non ac double bedroom for INR 1250. Compact and clean room, friendly staffs. Restaurant services must improve a bit. Check in the reception about car parking. Not sure about that. Otherwise it's a nice choice. No doubt.

The rooms were very good. They were neatly maintained and the staff were very polite. The food in the morning was heaven I literally had 3 plates of Pongal. No words to say about the food

The room is decent sized, restroom is okay, the water drainage system could be improved. We had asked for coffee bags but they instead got us coffee for free! Staff is co-operative and well behaved. The manager helped arrange a good driver for Adiyogi visit.

Average stay due to small, smelly room, poor service, limited amenities, and misrepresented location. No luggage assistance, no hot water, dirty towels, and no wake-up call. only plus point is veg restaurant jain food.
