I am writing to report the unpleasant experience my family and i encountered at your hotel on 13th jean 2025 i was traveling with my elderly parents to visit the temple and needed a room for a short period to allow them to freshen up. Upon arriving at your hotel at around 8:45 am, i inquired about room availability. Before completing the booking, i confirmed with the receptionist that we could check in at 8:45 am, and she agreed. However, after booking, she informed me that there would be additional charges for early check-in. When i questioned her about this, she casually replied that she hadn’t noticed the time earlier. Despite this, i paid the additional charges. We were three people in total, but the receptionist soon came to the room and insisted that only two people were allowed. Despite explaining that this was a brief stay solely for my elderly parents to freshen up, we were asked to leave the room. Within an hour, my parents completed their refreshment, and we left for the temple. Upon returning to the hotel around 5:00 pm, the receptionist rudely informed us that we were no longer allowed in the room. When i asked to speak to the owner, another individual at the desk, claiming to be her husband, responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. He even stated that he was at the reception because his wife worked there. This entire experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The behavior of the staff, particularly their rude and intimidating attitude, was unacceptable. As paying guests, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism, especially given that we were accommodating elderly parents. We hardly spent 90 minutes at your hotel due to this unpleasant experience. I request that you take immediate action to address the behavior of your staff to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future to other customers experience.
