Vels Grands Inn

Not a good hotel to stay , bathroom and room was not cleaned. Staff behaviour is not good as well.

The hotel which I have booked Vels grand Inn at Coimbatore is pathatic and room is not upto the mark. I have requested them to change my room but they have denied to exchange the room. 1. Walls in the room are very worst and lot scratches 2. ⁠wash room tap is leaking 3. ⁠no exhaust fan in the washroom. 4. ⁠commode is very old 5. ⁠the pics what they have shown in the MMT website and realistic is totally 💯 percent different 6. ⁠suggest MMT not to entertain suggest hotels through MMT portals. It will affect the credibility of the MMT.

Rooms were having cockroaches and webs on walls, some lights were not working, mineral water which is complimentary everywhere, was chargeable. Batheoom fixtures were not upto the mark. Overall one would not feel good hygiene and comfort.

The worst hotel in Cbe I have ever stayed. Poor staff support, while online booking they charge for 1plus one occupancy but while check in and other aspect they are charging extra. Even for breakfast they had an option for menu is dosa, idly, poori and Pongal only that too with near by local thalluvandikadai (Road side food). For that they are charging 220 for an person Additional for Breakfast.I have attached the fantastic staff for ur Reference including their manager behind the Red Tshirt . . . . . It was not maintained properly, no pillow wraps and I found bed bugs. It was a horrible experience and I never slept for the whole night

Over all good for business & solo travels the location is Gandhipuram Coimbatore it’s near to bus stand

The hotel room I stayed in was disappointingly underwhelming. The interior lacked brightness and felt quite dull, which made the ambiance less inviting. Additionally, I encountered an issue with cleanliness, as I noticed cockroaches roaming in the room. On the positive side, the hotel's location is convenient, as it is situated very close to bike rental services, which can be beneficial for travelers looking to explore the area. I hope the management considers addressing the cleanliness and ambiance to improve the overall guest experience

The property was average and the room and washroom were very poor. Any type of facility in Vels Grands Inn hotel was not available. Food facilities also were not available That was the reason by which we suffered too much. Location of this hotal was ok.

Poor condition of the walls and ceilings. The furnitures were quite old and bathroom was also poorly maintained.

Rooms were having bad smell. Toilet tap broken. Not clean. Room chairs very dirty. Lighting very poor. Certainly not worth paying the amount i paid

The towel which they gave was stinking. The pillow cover wasn't there. Breakfast was offered from some local shops which weren't tasty at all. Overall experience was not good.

Comfortable and cozy rooms. Nice and polite staff. The ambience of the rooms and the hotel lobby is very good. Food is also great.

Hotel rooms and all ok, but there no restaurant near by, and the attitude of staff not very good.

Room is not maintained well. Bathroom is also not maintained well. Staff are well behaved. Good car parking facility.

Very worst hotel and worst experience. This will be good bye to that hotel. I came to a mindset that never ever stayed in this hotel.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The receptionist was soft spoken and eager to help. The only issue i faced was that the wifi was not operational and the same was not communicated to me until i asked. Also, a small bar of soap and toothpaste in each room would be really nice.

Stay is good, but one of the staff behaved re-duly while asking for extra bed. They have not mentioned queen suit does not have extra bed option. They demand to change another room asking for extra money.
