Worst booking ever

solothe hotel denied me check in and I had to wait 3 hours outside hotel while talking to oyo customer care. I had my passport, driver's license and aadhaar card but the hotel supervisor refused to take my id. I talked to MMt help desk too. Finally, MMt provided me a new hotel for stay.

Walkable distance from gandhipueam bus stand. But safely away from noise and dust. Decent room. All the gadgets working. Most courteous staff. Never had to remind about anything. Mr. Jaffar merits special mention for his prompt response for our queries and his courteous attitude. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here.

Bathroom door was not locking from either side, on alternate room too

Room size is ok for money but bathroom door was not locking from either side. Asked for room change and arranged by next day, only that too after forcing. Even in second room washroom door is locking from outside, location is far from main bus stand.
