Rooms were clean and tidy.location is walkable distance from bus stand. no direct phone number provided in MMT hotel voucher to inform about early check in.I was charged Rs.400 extra above the room rent.

staffs are so rude and not properly answering, no refreshment facility, not provided iron box, even though rooms are available, not allowing for early check in, break fast is tasteless and restaurant not cleaned. no 24/7 hot water facility.

The stay was clean and comfortable. They provided drinking water. The hotel was closer to bus terminal making it easier to travel between places. Checkin and checkout was also very simple and smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Checked in to itzy residency hansy at coimbatore on 23 dec. It was a dirty property, unsuitable for families. Stinky rooms, shabby bed covers. Shown another room. Of same quality. Contacted customer service. They even talked to hotel manager. Checked out with in 5 minutes. Pls don't offer such properties
