Check-in process was smooth. Staff polite-a treat pannanga. Room ku pocha udane orae calm feel. Lighting soft, ambiance neat!

Good and bit costly
Rooms were clean and tidy.location is walkable distance from bus stand. no direct phone number provided in MMT hotel voucher to inform about early check in.I was charged Rs.400 extra above the room rent.

Good service neat and clean room.
Neat and clean room. Breakfast also good in there nearby hotel. Bathroom was clean. Need small maintenanace to bathroom door and tiles.

Poor Stay
staffs are so rude and not properly answering, no refreshment facility, not provided iron box, even though rooms are available, not allowing for early check in, break fast is tasteless and restaurant not cleaned. no 24/7 hot water facility.

not worth for money spent
No room service for a cup of tea also. Room is congested. Not properly cleaned. AC not functioning properly.

Good Stay
The stay was clean and comfortable. They provided drinking water. The hotel was closer to bus terminal making it easier to travel between places. Checkin and checkout was also very simple and smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible Stay
Checked in to itzy residency hansy at coimbatore on 23 dec. It was a dirty property, unsuitable for families. Stinky rooms, shabby bed covers. Shown another room. Of same quality. Contacted customer service. They even talked to hotel manager. Checked out with in 5 minutes. Pls don't offer such properties

The hotel is near to gandhipuram bas station. Easy access to travellers. Rooms are small, breakfast we have to access near by parent hotel. It's hectic during rainy time

Affordable and great location
The place was budget friendly. Room was adequate in size. Washroom was clean. Some cleaning issues with bedding. Breakfast was simple and good in taste.
