Nobody is there in reception, we waited for more than an hour. Then we called to OYO help line, the booked hotel 40 km away from our existing hotel. Our family has highly disappointed. Then we found another hotel by call taxi driver and stayed there. Very bad experience pre-booked OYO through MakeMyTrip.
