When I'm check in the hotel they said the amount which I paid through online Rs.908 they're saying it's not a enough amount, so they charged extra Rs.900 to stay in the room. And they're saying If I'm not ready to pay the extra charges amount then they're asking to cancel the booking and check fom another property. Heo can a customer can look when they're arrived to the location. it's not easy to find a property in stipulated time , customer may came to different location for Hospital appointment or conference meetings and if the property asks to find another property then it's not make sense . while booking itself atleast it should show the actual amount to pay. And also in room they're saying we don't have water purifiers or water can and we have bought from outside shop. Worst experience we have ever had
