The worst room and non cooperative staff even charged extra when we arrived very unhygienic and no towel no toiletries were provided this is the worst experience one can have the trip was spoiled because of this stay

They are complaining to me about tariff didn't added in make my trip.There is no breakfast or basic things available.Even am asking only they are giving one soap or towel.They don't have any body wash or oral care available.Very bad experience

I had already booked my stay and even made the full prepayment before arriving. However, during check-in, the property staff asked me to pay extra money, saying there were additional charges. This was very disappointing and unprofessional since I had already cleared the payment in advance. It created unnecessary inconvenience and spoiled the start of my trip. I request to verify such issues with the property and ensure that guests are not charged extra after prepayment.

When I'm check in the hotel they said the amount which I paid through online Rs.908 they're saying it's not a enough amount, so they charged extra Rs.900 to stay in the room. And they're saying If I'm not ready to pay the extra charges amount then they're asking to cancel the booking and check fom another property. Heo can a customer can look when they're arrived to the location. it's not easy to find a property in stipulated time , customer may came to different location for Hospital appointment or conference meetings and if the property asks to find another property then it's not make sense . while booking itself atleast it should show the actual amount to pay. And also in room they're saying we don't have water purifiers or water can and we have bought from outside shop. Worst experience we have ever had
