I had booked a room for two nights at your hotel but was to check out on second day due to extremely poor hygiene and cleanliness. When I arrived around midnight, I found the room was dirty and unhygienic, which is completely unacceptable for any guest accommodation. The floors were dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. To make matters worse, I even saw cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel accommodation. This experience was very disappointing and made it impossible to stay any longer. I request that you review your housekeeping and pest control measures immediately.

I feel very comfortable in staying .The room interior ,lighting and AC are very good . The food is very delicious and tasty . The location of the Hotel in the nearby busstand and city . All over very good property with Delicious food. Thanky very much 👌🏻🙏

it was a pleasant stay. staff are courteous and deliver good service. breakfast was delicious and just about perfect not so good things - cockroach in the room as there is a restaurant attached to the building. doormats not present just outside shower area. makes the bathroom wet. TV was not functioning properly. relay was poor.

Washroom were not clean. Cleanliness is import and it seems photos were of old years. Booked but hardly stayed. Neither breakfast was good. Room is spacious though

Prime location, good rooms but not maintained cleanly especially the toilet and bathroom. The Manager was not very professional, there was very poor response from him. MMT was also not reachable except for a chatbot which dint have the right options to choose.

Food taste and hospitality is good. polite and user friendly staff. Keep it up your good service.

It is located at RS Puram, it is a good hotel, right in a middle of a not so busy street. It is well kept and maintained. It is not the greatest, but you do get what you paid for. I have no complaints, the personnel seemed a little bit gruff, maybe maybe. They have a good breakfast, it is good. Good is the word for this hotel: Not great, better than average, it is good!

Centrally located well maintained property that is both accessable and at the same time tarrif is not expensive compared with similar hotels in area!!!

Worst AC never worked food was hardly available for break fast no one attended the issue of AC .... Shaving gel wasn't there they told it's not provided

The hotel location is very good. Room is very spacious and staff is quite friendly..check in and check out experience was great. Breakfast was very tasty One place of improvement is pest control. cockroaches. Sow 2 of them in my two days stay.
