Nice hotel.. bed and room neat.. opening parking.. best for business trip..

Stay if the trip is a transit visit only, because the only way I'd book this place again is if I have a flight to catch. The access road is very rutted and being monsoon, it's practically mudbath. Room was as you'd expect. Fan regulator wasn't working, TV remote control was broken and didn't turn on the TV. What's confusing is that the staff uniform and toiletries are branded Gowtham Hotel. Confusing. Hot water only at night, strangely. Towel has seen better days as well. My interaction with the staff was minimal to none.

That hotel was a nightmare for me and my family dirtiest unprofessional staff zero customer care and above all it’s completely not for family stay it was more like hotel.

Overall good but bedsheet clean is not up to the mark

There was no 24 hour package even though we paid for the whole day . No toiletries like paste tooth brush soap nothing sheets were not clean

Terrible experience. No water available in the hotel. No food facilities available. Multiple electricity issues happened. Room quality is not good. Even washrooms are not up to the mark. No facility of wifi available. Overall a bad experience.

Very worst. Pathetic service . Property looks different than pics on MMT. Next to drainage. Mosquitos won’t leave you until you check out. No basic amenities.

Observed that the bed and pillow are not clean, it is a bad smell. Frequent washing of bed and pillow is required.... For drinking Water bottle is to be provided.

Average hotel, Location ok, No in-house food, WiFi available, bed quality not upto standard. One night stay is ok

the location is nearby to airport. staffs are ok . but the room is small compared to charge of 2k including tax. The pillow cover was torn in a place. there was no rod/hook in bathroom. no chain in the room

Hotel is not worth for its tariff. No service from their staff. Neither lift is not available nor noone had supported by reach the toom.

All rooms are under renovation but they make guest to book that room …
