Rooms are good...nice location... Breakfast also good

Property look is good but toilet sanitary all are old and not clean even a 2 star hotel will have near toilets when compared to this.

Excellent location, room maintenance, sanitation

The location of this hotel was good, pleasant, clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for the temple visit to Maruthamalai in Coimbatore.

We maintained and clean hotel, good location and peaceful ambiance. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful. Recommend for stay in Coimbatore.

Worst service, over bathroom small, no kettle inside the room, no bed coffee morning before 7.30, no break fast after morning 10.15.. no room boy service... but tariff rs. 2500/=

Room amenities were poor, no tea or coffee available. No room service, lunch and dinner available. Overall I would not want to recommend this hotel.

lobby is spacious, but staff attitude is not co operative. bathrooms are not hygienic, bed linen not clean, bathroom towels smells .water salty.

Overall a good experience. Well positioned near marudhamalai temple. Rooms were tidy with clean sheets. Courteous staff made check-in and check-out a breeze. One area of improvement could be the dining, which was a complete let down. Complimentary breakfast didn't have much choices and delayed.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards during my stay. The bathroom was not clean, with stains on the floor and even a used sanitary pad left behind. The bedsheet had visible dirt, indicating it hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly. Additionally, the room felt like it had been handed over in a used state without thorough cleaning. The table lamp still had belongings from a previous guest, such as hair slides, which was unsettling. To top it off, the room had an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. These issues highlight a serious lack of attention to cleanliness and proper room turnover. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their standards.

Restaurant service is very much lacking. Bathroom cleanliness to be improved. No sufficient staff to give good service.

It’s was my first trip in this area, so much concerns especially accommodation. However, nice hospitality and surrounding weather made my trip memorable. Thanks to cooperation to hotel staff.

Good stay for travel to marudamalai temple and near by places. Classy look and good features. Recommended!

Heavy sewer smell in the room. Bathroom un breathable with sewer smell. Dirty linens and a very cramped room space. Not worth a dime for the amount paid.

The hotel and ambience was just awesome. The room was very big, ac was perfect, fan speed also good. Next day morning breakfast was also amazing.
