Honest Review — Please Read Before Booking! I honestly don’t even know how to start this. At first, it all seemed fine — a sweet trap, actually. My flight was at 9 PM, so I booked this hotel just to rest with my family for the day. When I called the receptionist, she told us we could come early, so we arrived around 7 AM — before our check-in time. We were only staying for a few hours and paid for what turned out to be a third-class room — no keys, no cleanliness, no proper door lock in the washroom, nothing! Still, we didn’t complain because it was just for a short stay. But the real scam started when a Nepali staff member offered to prepare lunch. He made simple dal tadka, chilli potato, and rice for three people, and later told us the bill was There was no menu, so we had no idea about the prices. The food was tasty, yes — but honestly, who expects to pay for just dal, rice, and aloo sabzi? It felt completely like a setup to overcharge guests. Please, don’t go by the pictures or promises — this place claims to be just 7 minutes’ walking distance from the airport, but for women travellers, it doesn’t feel safe or comfortable at all. I still can’t tell if the receptionist was genuinely kind .Either way — not worth your money or peace of mind.

We did not complete our stay there. Whole the beds are springy and The Aircon unreliable, the biggest problem is that the property has no security. On day 2, someone tried to break into our room at 1am at night. A few other guests and I chase the person out of the hotel. Seeing the delay in their response and lack of security, we packed our bags and left the property in the morning. Would not recommend

Location is not perfect it’s behind the college entrance, food was good.Amenties is very poor condition bedsheets was not clean walls has water leakage no fan control as well the AC don’t have remote and there was no TV remote. The bed has a hole Mainly there is no water flow in Tap & Shower, Geyser was not working. Overall going that place is not recommend any kind of people. It’s a sinking ship sry Boat. My over all review for the property is 0/100

I was on a solo trip to coimbatore just for a day. reached late at night. the location I must stay is on point. took just 5 mins on foot to reach this property. So location is undoubtedly a big plus for the property. check in process was seamless. The size of the suite is also good. it is basically a One BHK apartment converted to hotel suite. cleanliness of the rooms could be better (much better). People travelling with families may get agitated with the hygeine and cleanliness of the room. For me as a solo traveller, greatest concern for this visit was location which more than made up for the lack of cleanliness of the property.

I have experienced the same good stay feelings Now and previously also. it was good room Ac double deluxe I was faced minimal issue like low AC cooling and difficult to locate the Hotel

Actually I'm staying here for more than 4years literally rooms are decent and clean compared to olden days and last week only I tasted the food that was also good

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The maintenance of the room was extremely poor — the fan was not working, which made it very uncomfortable, especially at night. On top of that, the bedsheets provided were not clean, which gave a very unhygienic impression. For the price charged, the basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep were not met. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

Not a hotel for family. . No cleaning . No fresh bed sheet. Absolutely pathetic. Horrible bed. Making sound . AC not working . I booked as 3 star in MMT and found not a hotel for family members. Pls do not book.

Dirty linen, no lock for bathroom doors and main door, no drinking water, no bathroom kit , not at all good for stay

Very worst experience i ever had.. they provide room with no lock. They mentioned toiletries and dental kits available but they didn’t even give a single towel . Just a ac room with bed. Not worth for money . My personal opinion - better to book somewhere else. Staffs are so rude and answering irresponsibly.

too much dirty and dust, no clean, ac was too much noise. bed is too much diry. its not right hotel to stay.

The location is good, but Hygiene & cleanliness is very poor. Brooming is required.

Property location is near by airport. Bathroom is very untidy. Room is average. Staff is cooperative.
