HOTEL CHENTHUR PARK

Hot water was not available in the shower, and in the morning no one from reception or housekeeping responded to calls. The food quality is good, but the hotel definitely needs to improve its service.

Those who book hotel get poor facilities by the hotel manager.They provide very small room. Bad experience

Room was not worth what the hotel is charging for it. There was no toothpaste, no room sleeper, bathroom was small, no carpet in the room, phone was not properly working. It was an ordinary room for which they are charging premium pricing.

The most cost-effective hotel near the airport, the rooms were immaculate and spotless. The check-in procedure was remarkably swift.

Worst experience ever, smelly washrooms, no cutlery in the rooms, no towels, always have to ask for them. No hot water in shower. Incompetent staff. Highly recommend not staying here. Dirty sheets, chairs and sofas

Good location close to airport. Rooms coean and good. Breakfast variety excellent. Reception courteous and helpful. Room service and House keeping good.

Food and location are best for air travellers. As a regular to this hotel over many years now I have some observations. The standards are deteriorating, especially the infrastructure. A few examples. In the room that I was allotted the toilet seats were broken. Not toilet paper. The hair drier has been removed. The light in the bathroom was under repair. Had to shave literally in the dark. The partition between the bath area and dry area was broken. Seems like I need to find an alternative.

Dirty room The restaurant was very poor and it was not welcoming staff The restaurant staffs are rude

Nice hotel at nice location. Market and Airport is s close. Good food and nice ambience. Received good rate.

My two nights stay at Chenthur Park was satisfactory. The room alloted to me was decent sized and clean. The bathroom was also clean, importantly and toiletries were in place. A complaint was the hot water was consistently lukewarm, and on the last day a bit coloured. Food was okayish, nothing to rave about. The staff was courteous and prompt. The most important factor in its favour is it's proximity to the airport.

The property is very good neet and nearby airport. Food is good to the price and the staff is very much friendly 😀

Poor cleanliness.. cockroaches were roaming in room.. bad food quality.. even water bottles were not provided..

rooms were okay. service not so great. a good option for day travellers. not recommended for family stay.

Room is not at all as per standards. Untidy and getting foul smell. UnHygiene and service is pathetic.

Good hotel and near to the airport, buffet breakfast was good. room was neat and clean and good behavior

The towels were dirty, shower was blocked, the breakfast buffet had cockroaches roaming around.

Horrible bathrooms and unclean rooms for this price .. horrible it is .. I don’t recommend to stay here. Other than airport being close by nothing else is an advantage

It's an okay okay hotel fulfilling basic amenities Pros :- Very close to the Airport. Less than a Km away. The front office people are good. Dental kit was proactively available in the room Cons:- The towel that was provided was so dirty looking. No Bathroom slippers available
