Zone Connect by The Park Coimbatore

I am a regular to zone connect Coimbatore. However I found the quality of service has come down drastically. there was no basic things like comb or shaving kit kept in the room. when I called the reception in the morning a lady told "we don't provide". When I again asked, Comb being a basic thing don't you provide she repeated the same "we don't provide". I just left. when I checked out, I complained about her attitude and pointed out that that was not the first time she behaves like that. The worst thing was, She was offering a comb when I checked out and was about to leave as if I wanted to carry the comb home. I will never ever go there.

Stay was very comfortable, the location is very good & service also very nice

I selected a smoking room but smoking is not allowed in the room. So I am disappointed.

I booked from 2pm till 12pm next day

I like the stay and all the ambience was tooo good …. And food was also good and I loved the breakfast buffet ….

Comfortable stay with airport at a touch distance from the Hotel.Though our stay was very short but liked the courtesy of staff.Food ordered was on time & tasty.Wakeup call was bang on time.

Amount is too expensive and as not expected. They charged too much for stains and do not have proper dinner place to have food and charged stains as separate charge and no prior information about that. This is really disappointing and felt bad for visiting the Zone Connect

Good stay satffs are so kind food also good

Its ok not that comfort i got back pain because of bed, they should use good and comfortable bed for sleep

Room was small but well kept and comfortable. Lot is to be done regarding pest control. when i went to the restaurant for Lunch what welcomed me was a swa of flies, hence jumped out of the same and had my Lunch elsewhere. pointed out the same to the staff at the reception who did not even offer an apology and appeared to be very Juvenile like, cudnt give proper answers slso. And also got to see a coackroach inside the bathroom. As mentioned before, this speaks volumes about their attitude towards maintaining hygiene. Ànd on checkout at 715 am, i had to take my car frm. minus 2 parking lot as the Valet parking person had not turned up. I certainly Wundt recommend this place. It was a very disappointing stay. Room was changed it’s not as they shown in the image, they given very small room and which was not listed in the make my trip. Totally fake breakfast also not good veg and non veg mixed, bed torn, it’s a two start property but they marketed like 4 star. Very unprofessional shaft from reception.

No hassle on check in, proper service, nice food

Overall the property ambience was very good. The staff at the reception were courteous and knowledgeable Car Parking was under renovation so had to park in open space which was dusty and uneven Room was very good, spacious and comfortable. The water kettle needed maintenance Breakfast spread was great Location of the hotel was great too Housekeeping and room service was very good
