This was a wonderful place for a quiet family trip. The setting was peaceful, and everything felt clean, calm, and well-kept.

It's nightmare I had not seen my room and paid extra amount of Rs.400, they have told to wait till 12 AM after waiting for about 1 hour I left the hotel , name of hotel was ARK residency to locate hotel it took 2 hours to get the hotel, I request to return my money at earliest.

Should improve on cleanliness and hygiene

The room and the entire property are really clean. It’s a fantastic place for families to stay. The staff is super helpful, and there’s a cooking setup available too!

this is one of the worst stay hotel one can book . very poor hygiene , hotel pictures you see on MMT and reality is not same plus terrible hotel staffs who demand more charges than the BMT booking amt . do not expect any support in case you reach MMT support for any assistance for cancellation or other issues , since this is oyo property and there is absolutely nothing both oyo and MMT can do !

The amount had been deducted while the booking was made and yet the hotel management questioned us stating that they could not see it. Had to make the payment twice. Horrible experience.
