Hotel Vinayak

Worst experience. Staff behavior was not friendly. If they know we are outsider they are not providing any facilities. Bad room not cleaned

The room was neat and clean. The hotel staff was very cooperative. The hotel is 5-7 min walk from the coimbatore station. The overall experience is good.

Room size small and bathroom ventilation also inside the room so this is very bad experience

We stayed at Hotel Vinayak just for a night on our way to Kerala, so we weren’t expecting anything luxurious — just a basic, clean room. But honestly, this was one of the filthiest places I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was stinky, the furniture had holes, and the bedsheet was extremely dirty. I really struggled to stay there but had no other option since it was already booked. Definitely not recommended

The room I got is good but due to limitation on wifi usage(only one device can access internet) and wifi range issue on my room. It feel like old hotel. Housekeeping staff was good. Based on the price vs room it is good.

The hotel was not as clean as shown in the pictures. The rooms looked old and worn out, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, a very average stay experience

We had booked premium triple AC room. The AC was not working and lots of cockroaches were there. We complained and they shifted us to another room where again the AC was not working. Then we again shifted to another room. Very poor management, no ethics and poor customer service. The staff was ill- mannered; not a good stay for peace loving families. Pathetic!

we checked in late but had warm onboarding, smooth checkin and check out process . the rooms are clean and well maintained

Property was ok average only location is ok & food they don’t have Dine in Resturant so I didn’t have at Vinayak

Too much supportive staff. Average rooms in budget. But tie up for breakfast with Geeta hotel is awesome as authentic south indian food. The hotel entrance is very attractive. Regular paste control needs to be initiated considering bed bugs and cockroaches.

Do not maintained properly. Rooms are like store rooms. Restroom air out window kept inside hotel room itself.

Nice, comfortable stay. location is too good, nearby mainroad and adjacent to the station, almost walking distance.

Front counter staff very well organized complimentary break fast good ....My experience was excellent

Unprofessional , fraudulent & disappointing 1) Restroom door Latch broken 2) Restroom inside window damaged and open 3) Stains on the blanket 4) They provide Queen bed in the name of King bed 5) Reception person - Rude & Non-cooperative I have stayed in multiple hotels and but it was truly disappointing staying here with family. While booking on MMT I booked large King size bed but the hotel provided Queen bed.When I asked this to receptionist, he replied rudely that the provided bed is King size bed.

Lots of insects on and under bed and rooms are very small. Very bad. Pics are looking nice but maintenance very poor
