I have booked Vinayak Suites. I have stayed here previously. This time during check out, I was told that rooms at this premises is not available as suddenly they have received a group bookings. They have moved me to their other hotel , Sree Murugan which just 2 apartments away. But the rooms in rid other building were average & no toiletries were provided. Even towel provided after request.

Kindness of the staff right from the front desk to the car parking staff stands apart. One thing for which we would remember this hotel is the cleanliness of the room, restroom, corridors, elevators. Locality wise also this hotel scores high. Only regret no restaurant attached but we managed with many other outside options available within 200 meters. Will definitely opt for this hotel in our next trip.

Good Hotel, need some little bit cleanliness

Our stay at the hotel was very good, rooms and staff were nice and the best part is it is 400 meters from the Coimbatore Railway Station. The hotel might need to work on some more cleanliness aspect as some washroom items have started showing stains. Overall nice impression. Thanks.
