The property management was very poor and room was not clear, we booked two rooms for our family, but the management gave first floor one room and second floor one room, how can it possible for family members, i really disappointed with the property management and MakeMyTrip also.

The overall stay was decent and staff was very friendly and Cooperative. The only drawback was there was mention of some amenities while Bookinv which weren't there during actual stay such as hair dryer, laundry service etc

The room was smelling so i couldn’t sleep at all. The whole area was smelly including the hotel entrance. Bedding was not clean and not comfortable enough to sleep. The road leading to the hotel was not clean. But staff at the reception desk was helpful. If i hadn’t arrive at late night i would have gone to some other place. Sorry i didn’t take any photos.
