PLAZA INN

ive been staying here for more than a decade . it was very good earlier. Now even the basic amenities are not good. No laundry, No iron board, no windows. Window blinds not working, breakfast menu not good,. But the staff are still courteous. The best is the location. Can improve a lot

I stayed in Plaza Inn Coimbatore with my family, the hotel is clean & safe, and car parking is good.

Clean, large lobby, clean rooms. However, this should not claim to be a business hotel, with the stingy coffee/ tea options in the room, not so fresh bathroom... Worst part: Plastic cups and plates in the dining hall, brown with age...

Stayed here for 4 nights and while the rooms are good, the service experience overall was very poor. 1. We took an extra bed and they gave no blankets 2. The restaurant was full of cockroaches. Crawling all over serving spoons. Even after pointing it out they did nothing for the next 3 days. The manager had no response. 3. They charged me room service but had no bills to give me during checkout. Between their own staff they don’t have any clear communication and service takes forever.

The stay was pleasant overall; however, there are several areas where the experience could be enhanced for future guests.

Room condition and food was good. Hotel location was good. Cleanliness and staff behaviour was good.

it was nice.... and clean.. room service wer pretty decent and quick... i expected a smoking room though

When we went in the room, aç phones were not working. Washroom floor was not so clean. Taps were so tight so girls couldn’t even turn on the knobs

Very centrally located, a short 5 min walk from the station. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff are very courteous.

Coud have provided a antislip mat on floor inside bathroom

I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.

After booking we have waiting minimum 30 minit at waiting area and when i am going to room not clean also bathroom are very dirty

front office staff very harsh towards us..not given 5 minutes for packing, said strictly to vacate the room by sharp 12pm.. said that 10 minutes late would charge extra 1 day tariff of them

We stayed for a day with family, location s very approachable, walk able distance to railway station, room service s good, with nice breakfast spread. Front desk was cooperative in helping with local tour. Overall stay was comfortable and value for money paid.

The stay was very pleasant, the property’s is located in the heart of the city the food served was delicious and tasty and the service provided by the staffs and others was excellent

Provided other hotel instead of booked one which was worst. Provided cheap hotel instead of booked one
