Room smelled and not cleaned food far distence from the hotel location

The hotel room was clean but there was no hot water. Also, the phone in the room was not working. They did not give a phone number to contact. The TV in the room was not working. It was a very bad two days. i will give a 0 rating for ROOM SERVICE.

No proper management, no proper cleaning, no proper facilities as mentioned in the booking please remove the food provision along with the room as that hotel don't have that facility and remove hot water facility from that because bo hot water and remove them from your app that's better because that may make bad name to you als

I had a very bad experience with my hotel booking through MakeMyTrip. What was shown in the photos was completely misleading. The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Even though the booking was confirmed and fully paid, at the time of check-in, the receptionist said only one room was available and asked me to check if I wanted it. The room they showed was in horrible condition — dirty, AC not working, and even the flush was not functional. Within an hour, I had to check out as I started feeling itchy all over my body due to the poor hygiene. Though breakfast was included in my booking, the hotel staff refused to provide it and bluntly said, “Call the booking app, don’t ask us anything.” This experience completely spoiled my day. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. Very disappointed.

Money has tacked for breakfast, breakfast was not in hotel …….. cockroaches roaming in bed, bathroom and room….. waste of money

I'll not recommend this hotel..worst experience ever..facilities are nothing we have..unhygienic place everything is not working. don't waste your money and time here...you will feel regret if you book this hotel.

Room's are very comfortable and have good water facility, staff's are good communication to convey their message and very supportive.we like this residence and future we will visit and stay.

Good property, friendly staffs, but maintainance by management is very worst. Pest control need to be done fully, many cockroaches roaming. Heater not working. If these are corrected it will be good.

This is the worst stay i have ever seen in my life. The hotel is like an old building, where the reception does not have any light. There is no receptionist and poor accommodation. sheets were not even changed. There is no support from the hotel’s end. Rooms and washrooms have cockroaches and pillow cover is torn.

Very very very very very very very. Worsttttttt hotel in coimbatore. Room was not good, cockroaches are running in bed and tables. There is no heater function in room. Basic needs like water bottle, tooth brush, paste and soaps are not provided. While booking, in it shows as breakfast included, but in hotel they said, it is not. Very sad part is bathing towel not provided.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite being included in our booking, complimentary food and water bottles were not provided. The room lacked cleanliness, with cockroaches spotted everywhere. The bath shower was non-functional, and the bucket and mug provided were filthy. Additionally, the staff was neither supportive nor understanding. Overall, it was a terrible experience that we would not recommend to others.

The hotel was horrible there were cockroaches running around the bed we have took multiple pictures and hotel staff is pathetic doesn't even bother. We checked in at 11.00 pm and unfortunately the hotel room cannot be locked

If there was a option of giving negative starts then this hotel totally deserves it more than any place in the world! we paid extra for complementary food which does not exist! pillow covers are as dirty as they were used for pillow fight in soil. Bedsheets were stained with i don't what! Bedbugs were lurking but not in shadow rather on sheets. Save money you earn it with a lot of efforts and they clearly don't deserve it!

Paid for breakfast but they denied, no drinking water, no receptionist, tv not working, bed and pillow not clean, over all very very worst hotel to stay, it is a oyo room.

Worst stay i have ever made. Ac not working properly. I have booked room with breakfast and paid extra also. They are saying it's not available. No heater in bathroom. They gave us coil heater to use in bucket. Room full of cockroaches. Terrible. Nothing clean. Terrible. Don't ever book this hotel.
