Terrible Stay
Alankar grande , they gave very pathetic room in the corner where there was even no telephone signal. Had to wait for one and half an hour to change the room. When I called to kitchen they said it is closed by the time I ordered food after change of room. Plates were dirty. Room was stinking. Had a terrible experience staying over there.

decent stay. customer service and support can be improved especially at the reception desk. even though we came after 2 hrs past check in time we have to wait for a bit longer even for allocation of rooms. Breakfast was a disaster at their restaurant location is good

Over all rating is very good.
Location is very good.i have visited your hotel in 1969.Maintenence is good.Rooms are good,Rent is reasonable. Room service is good. You can have still tasty sambar like Annaporna.over

Good Stay
Over all experience was good. Hotel staff was polite and professional. Location is very good. A bit far from airport but near from railway station and very near to Gandhipuram bus depot. However few essential upgrades are still required in hotel with respect to room mangement. Had few unpleasant experiences with Acs and hot water.

Good Stay
Very good hotel. Located at a central convenient location and close to main markets. The corporation bus stand is at a stone throw distance as well. Hotel premises and rooms are neat and clean and feel like home. Staff is very friendly and welcoming at all times. Food is excellent. Overall rated 4/5. Most recommended for a comfortable stay.

Poor hospitality
They gave a room which is near to kitchen and smoke and chilly fumes in the room, only arguments they agreed change my room

Terrible Stay
Staff behavior was not upto the mark. Food was served cold. Not a good room service. Also, complimentary breakfast was very poor.
