Rooms are well maintained. Location is also so good as it is in walkable distance from the shopping mall

low effort.
The location is great, but that is pretty much the only positive aspect of this stay. Neither the room nor the washroom had a mirror, the hot water had barely any pressure. The towel provided had massive holes in them.

Kitchen was not working, cockroaches in the fridge, bedding and blankets had some stains, street parking, if you are lucky you will get parking after 10 :30 pm, as the street has lots of canteens and tiffin centre.

Rooms are nee t and clean good, bed, hot water and everything is good, good entertainment place nearest this hotel

Unpleasant and horrifying
Firstly room was not allocated in the park serviced aparrments, we were moved to metro park inn and the whole building is very horrifying. Starting from reception area, rooms and bathroom. Bathroom was full of cockroaches. The one night stay was scary. I dint think they are running a proper hotel.

Very bad
businessToo small room for two people, very worst bathroom, no neatness, no car parking. We park the car in road only.

No response in the reception. I waiting for 1 hour in the reception. Worst ever service
