Firstly, this is not a full fledged Treebo Premium Corner Stay. It is more of a service apartment. Despite late night, the check in was smooth. Room and bathroom were clean. We were allotted a room with an interconnected door with an adjacent room. Though closed from both sides, the noise from other room didn't help. This would be a great option for group or family booking. There was no drinking water in the room. Managed with whatever i had as i didn't want to bother the elderly security who was doubling as care taker. ( there are no other staff in late night. The huge windows make the room airy. Unfortunately for me, it was a rainy night with continuous lightening and the curtain wouldn't close completely making it miserable to sleep. On the other side, there was this digital electric meter with bright light! hot water ( since solar, would be available only after 6/7am. The complimentary breakfast is not a buffet ( no inhouse restaurant) and it consisted of 2idlis and pongal. Taste is subjective ( some may like and some may not. Kitchenette had a functional fridge, induction stove. We did not use though. The ground floor parking has space for 4 cars. Request to the property owner 1) please consider relocating the electricity meter elsewhere 2) curtains big enough to cover the windows completely 3) drinking water

Neat and clean rooms, only issue was kitchen will open at 8 am so complementary breakfast is a myth for people leaving early. Good staff and house keeping. Good parking space.

Budget friendly stay. The treebo corner stay is in-good location. Not right in the middle of the city yet not far away. The rooms are clean and hygienic rooms.
