Services is good we didn't get food other all is good

Booked room thro MakeMyTrip. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Very warm and respected reception. Nearby to Airport. Convenient adjacent Vegetation hotels like Anandas, Annapurna. For me it is fine.

No proper management, no trained staff. No value for money. Ac was not working properly. No inhouse restaurant.

Very nice, clean, and newly built hotel. Staff is good. Close to the airport. Just 500 metres away. Washrooms are also very clean.

I stayed here for a day. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is nice for people to stay near airport. Bathroom and rooms were not clean found spider web in the bedroom and bathroom stains look ages old. On demand i got kettle and housekeeping service. Totally an above average stay

We used to stay in this hotel every year since last 11 years. They are degrading their quality every year. Entrance was not clean at all. Ambiance of the hotel is diminishing. Floors, rooms, bathroom, furniture all look dirty. Looks, these are not being maintained or updated. Thanks

No attached restaurant. Basic stay arrangement only there. Not even coffee maker in room.

This is an above average hotel with good connectivity and best food options nearby. Less crowded and more safe. Staff good behaviour and above average cleanliness but not excellent. Worth for the money we pay. Overall a descent hotel. Being very near to airport less chance to get stuck in traffic.

Near Airport. But tea served not good

Front desk staff was great and polite, but below are the misses we felt. 1) Lift needed since we traveled with our family 2) Cleanliness could be improved 3) Restaurant could be added. 4) Car parking is just for 3 cars. Difficult to park car nearby since 3 slots are full mostly.

Stay was perfect, we knew already food wasn't available there but with so many hotels at the doorstep, it was a non issue. Service staff were very polite and helpful

Can improve the facility of entertainment means if unlock more Channel will be fine and window lock is not in good condition
