Hotel people dealing are very bad, they are not keeping a minimum of a family, i provide my original adhar, driving licence and my elder kinds adhar copy also, they says they can only process with original adhar of my 12 year box kid. Then they provide a small room, and it's not working, i request to rectify or provide another room, but they say you are booking to make my trip they have no responsibility for this issue cancel booking and take the room directly. More than 3 times i cant-act customer care. But not a solution, in full night we can't sleeping, and morning 5am check out. Your executive says refunded, but not allowed
